Have a tuner log one of your track runs...as good as the numbers are, and you say the car feels like it pulls strong, you've got to be losing a lot of time between shifts. Is it a full weight TA? Heavy + slow shifting can make for a bad track outing...that's why my M6 is getting swapped to a 4L80E now...

On the setup in my Sig, with a T56 and ls7 clutch, I was limited to dumping the clutch, peddling till I hooked and shifting all gears...or slipping the clutch and hoping it didn't get too hot to be able to get 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. On my best run at LS Fest last year, I lost over 5 seconds trying get the car in gears after slipping the clutch and pulling a best of 1.8 60'...severely limited by the holding power of my clutch.

You need to log and see if it's pulling timing, 11.8:1 cr on 93 seems a little steep.
Have you tried adding some race bring the octane up? Who spec'd the cam for you? I have an LY6 with LS3 style heads and everything post on cam selection I read says to make sure you don't over cam it because it really kills the power. The heads flow well enough that you don't need nearly as much cam as a cathedral port.

Obviously by his dyno numbers the power is there, unless it is having timing pulled for some reason. However, its fairly routine around my area to be 12.0:1 on 93 with little or no issues at all. Of course we have the benefit of a great tuner around here...

Something is way wrong. a 408 with that compression and cam should be in the 500 range easy and the torque is way off as well. Who did the tuning? Are you sure that the compression is right? The compression with 93 octane shouldn't be a problem at all.

I agree your track times reflect something isn't right.
But your driving and weather conditions can change your track times.

Your torque seems too low as well.
Hope you figure it out.

I think I saw something about ford injectors not being the best for GM's. Something to do with the spray pattern.
