Car was taken to MTI Racing here in Marietta, GA for a full dyno tune.
Made 303/313 rwhp/tq before, 316/327 after the tune on a dynojet. I was expecting more power on paper, but it drives way better and definitely pulls harder!
You would benefit a lot from just stepping up to a 1 7/8" header. My car made 343 last year on the dyno with LTs, lid, and a street tune. And that was through an S60 and had bad plugs in it.

my car made less power but traps 115-116 bolt-on's only... I yanked a Third gen with sbc383 that went 12.1 @ 116 from a dig last fall.
goes to show just how pointless dyno numbers are when comparing on the internets.
And I agree with ScreaminRedZ, LS6 intake should be done before swapping to 1 7//8.
Agree. Don't get caught up in the numbers. The gains is all that matters. Now see what it traps. You're losing some from the 4:10s on the dyno. That won't matter at the track.
