LME 445, FRH TFS 235, Martin @ Tick build
Been working on this turd for a "few" months now. Finally got it running and on the dyno today. Here's a quick rundown of the build:
LME 445
LSX block
Callies, rods, and crank
Wiseco pistons with gas ports
Frankenstien Racing Heads "245 CNC job" on TFS 235's
PAC 1207x springs
Had Martin spec out a camshaft. Specs are:
255/259
.678/.680
110 ICL
112+2
Yella Terra Ultralites(latest generation)
Morel 5290's
Trend 7.400" 3/8-5/16 dual taper pushrods
ATI 10% UD balancer
Firecore plug wires(bad ***)
Kooks 2" headers to their 3" y pipe with 4" outlet into a 4" mufflex catback with a Borla 4" muffler
FAST 92/92 that hasn't been touched
I'm hoping with a Mamofied 102 and electric water pump I can crack 600 lol
Tuned by my buddy who is "ujslost2" on here.
Here's the SAE number
And the "honda" numbers as the dyno operator called them lol

Congrats, nice Results!
MAMOFIED FAST102 + NW 102 at least 18-20 more!
Maybe 25, you have Big inches, Big heads, Big cam,
Big headers, medium intake & tb should be easy enough
To sell and upgrade!

Yeah like I said I'm already planning on it and an electric water pump. Motor has less than 200 miles on it also so I'm sure it will loosen up some more as well.

Good numbers!
Cutout or not that Y is still a choke IMO.
92 mm intake on 445 cubic inches is strangling the motor.
Fantasy setup guessing ... With a ported 102/102, kooks 3" true duals, and EWP ... Leaving another ~50 hp to free up.

I thought the exact same things a couple years ago.
I USED to run a custom 3" true duals setup with bullets on mine.
Then I got the Kooks on a killer deal from Maryland Speed ... EXCEPTIONAL quality. Beautiful setup.
0 clearance issues with 0 rubbing and no scraping even over speed humps.
To each their own though

OP,
Nice results.....gotta like big displacement N/A stuff!!
I think the ported 102 will be a solid addition (although I'm not quite as optimistic as NavyBlue), BUT....I would be OK about being wrong....LOL. (Dan....still appreciate the vote of confidence however!
The reality is you dont need them to be that good so I still feel your goals are reasonable and it would be sweet to crack the elusive 600 RWHP milestone.
Just factor in how busy it is this time of year and plan ahead for the ported intake....not getting the vibe your in a huge rush but thought it was worth mentioning.
Congrats.....car must be a tire fryer for sure!
Regards,
Tony

I remember your old 404 LS2 setup with the Patriot heads... I remember you also saying it made 500 rwhp and you ran 7.0s on motor in the 1/8!! I bet this setup with put you down in the 6s in the 1/8 mile with the 6 speed

Haha yep. That old setup ran good for a street car with only thing removed being AC and bigs and littles.

Should carry better past peak with the 102.....I like an engine that doesn't roll over and has a healthy appetite for RPM (more challenging with the big cube stuff).....definitely another potential perk of the ported 102/102 swap
When your ready you know where to find me!
