Default LQ408 Power Estimate

Just finished up the engine an about to install for break in an then to be tuned, wondering what's peoples guess on power.

TSP 408 11.5:1 compression
Prc stage 2.5 5.3s 59cc
243/247 .638/.632 114+2 (Spec'd by Martin @ticks)
Fast 92/92 intake an throttle body, 60lb injectors (racetronix fuel pump)
TSP 1"7/8s long tube headers, pacesetter ory with flowmaster merge into 4in bullet.
Stage 3 4l60e, 3800 stall, 9in with 4.11s
Will be doing a 93 pump gas and 110 race fuel tunes

I'm just wondering what everyones guesses are.

Depending on the dyno maybe around 450 rwhp. I have those same heads with the same compression, but a smaller cam and Fast 92. This is on a 370 LQ9 with a 6-speed. I don't think I'm much over 450 rwhp with mine

That's what I'm hoping for, closer to the 490 range on race gas

I knew it would hurt me bad, the ls6 is more than likely just be on while I'm breaking in the motor an will have a fast on it before it goes for dyno tune.

Ok yall convinced me that a fast was needed so I just picked up a 92/92 on a good deal, how much difference do you think that will make over the ls6 intake an Tb?

Maybe 15 hp if it's not ported and 20-25 hp if it is

That looks like a big cam at first but only has 17* of overlap. 488rwhp 475rwtq with a good tune. A Fast 102 or better and a cam with 20* or better OL and you're well over 500rwhp.

I can live with that, still hoping for that 500rwhp mark with race gas.
