Mine already needs rebuilt and im not putting another one in. Trust me I've done the research and actually sold him my old ls7 that I cracked a sleeve on years ago. I've never seen a 6l80e run as fast as a 4l65e in a drag race with close to the same power if you look at the fast lists the 4l65e dominates it's when it comes to transmissions. The fastest sbe ls7 runs a 4l65e. I've actually had a 4l65e in my last z06 bought it that way and prefer it over the 6l80e. Plus getting rid of it will save 25 lbs
