Looking at your power graph I don't think I would spin it much higher than 6300-6400. You'll just have to find the sweet spots. On my car I noticed that it doesn't benefit to spin it out in the first two gears. Getting closer to 1:1 it benefits to spin it out. I think you got a nice street machine.

learning a lot man. I have alway just wing it, when I went to the track before ( in other cars). Actually getting some good feed back is awesome

I was saying he could meaning not to worry about the bottom end. If peak power is at 5800, then it should be shifted in the 63-6400rpm range.
