Thanks guys! The vacuum pump and timing were the main changes.
Most of the strokers I've seen pull that kind of power are way higher on torque. That's pretty much the difference. Like if I dropped a 383 under it, I think power would be the same but with 480-490 torque vs 440. In general, I rather the bore be bigger than the stroke. That's really only gut feel more than anything I can point to scientifically.

Honestly with more cubes i think itll def make more power if cam specs and timing are adjusted accordingly. The difference here your setup isn't something cookie cutter and off the shelf.

You're probably right. But this short block is honestly toast. I could chase it a bit higher, but in the end it feels like I'll never get much higher than this without a bigger motor. Or power adders, which to me are just something else to go wrong. So I gotta decide how I'm going to proceed.

Its a RPS carbon clutch. Its not as light as some I've seen, but at around 30 lbs it's fairly light. Has over 15k on it and no wear

LOL, I wouldn't want to lose the power. I know TFS makes a great product, and I'm not taking anything away from them, but some private conversations I've had have convinced me that the Mamo 220 is about as good as it gets on a 5.7.
Here's one example, but a builder I talked to who prefers AFR castings because they do the best job of keeping heat and energy in the cylinder vs the cooling system, so when he does max effort, he starts with AFR castings.
What I REALLY want to imagine is what ITB would do for it, but the block is toast honestly.

I knew it was there, so I sorta figured one more glory run to see what it does and if I gotta limo it home so be it.
But it drove home fine. So I made lotsa rubber patches.

At least the beast goes out in a total blaze of glory! Gotta say, quite a deal getting that kind of power from a setup such as yours! Congrats, man!

This is one of the best builds in a daily driven 346 you will ever see. So much time and effort thinking this one through and the results speak volumes. Great work Jake! Can't wait to see what happens next
