That's was what I was leaning...I've been on both, but I've never done Summit with this car...and my last time at dominion was when the old motor let loose, so, I'm not feeling a burning desire to try it again.

No......I've been around there before. I like it...just hard on parts and with out safety equipment it's not exactly a good idea for the speeds that are created over there.

I would like to do some autox tho

They're the Bosch injectors out of the supercharged Grand Prix GXP so in the fbody they're 42lbs. I was near 100% duty cycle with my cam only TR224 motor so I figured no point in trying to stay with the 36lbs injectors (SVO 30) I had in that.

I bought them on eBay during the build on this motor. I'll have to look for the part number for ya when I get home.

any reason why you went with the BTR springs over the ws6 store recommend PAC springs?

That’d be sweet, I was planning on using those injectors too!

No not at all...I had already sourced my my heads before I got to talking with WS6Store about A cam. I couldn't find an off the shelf cam I waned...was leaning Tick Torquemax 2, until WS6Store released their high lift ASA. Talk about perfect for my milled heads.

For sustained RPM use we do recommend the Pac1219x. I believe we told OP this as well, but he already had the duals. A dual spring will work but not 100% necessary. There is a spring for nearly any application, and the 1219x is still a good budget performer.
The FAST "36lb" 303608 are a great drop in like the GTP but are also flowmatched and new and very affordable. We sell a ton if them. They flow 42lb at 4bar/58psi

PSI1511 would be an exceptional spring and either titanium retainers or tool steel. They have been using these in Australia for years in road race and circle track. I have yet to hear of a failure in the springs themselves. Likely you would lose over 2 pounds off the valvetrain with them and be much more stable at sustained RPM. They are a solid pound lighter then stock LS6/LS3. I would recommend getting the duals off as soon as possible.

At $250+ just for the psi1511 plus the cost of ti retainers, its very cost prohibitive.
Maybe acutal gains at a track or on a dyno would help justify the cost, but we still like the PAC. Duals are a great spring and show no issues controlling this setup in the upper rpms on the graph.

If set up properly, any high quality spring set will take that, but your argument here is moot as this cam and valvetrain arent designed for that.
Takes more than just good springs to handle 7k+ also.

Yeah...I only do a couple few track days a year. Duals may not be the best option, but the extra insurance doesn't hurt my feelings any. 😉
