That was in answer to a question that the poster asked whether he was the only one that did NOT consider the cam in question "mild". There are many who would agree with that, whether or not it actually is. Fact is, it's a judgement call.

op has cathedral heads . Your bog valves ls3 heads need less.
both seem like good drivers

Tony spec’d my 416 setup similar to yours but with a different cam and 11.8:1CR. I have 245/249 .625”/.625” 112lsa. My 02z with 4.10 gears put down 530/490. My trans ratio/4.10s eat some power so I think you will be closer to 540-550/500 range. It will be fun to drive!!
