That is actually a significant drop in kpa.
Its either intake or exhaust restriction but no need to spend more money chasing a number.

Wow, seemed like such a small change.

I'm not really thinking a 100mm lid, LPE 100mm MAF, NW 102 TB, ported LSXR would be restrictive. Don't think the Kook's headers would be either.

Probably the smart thing to do would be remove the mufflers and re-dyno the car.
