well the car is a beast on the street runs good at the track
fastest at the track has been a 10.9 at 126 mph yet when i go put the car on the dyno its only making 376 hp to the wheels how is this possible, ive taken the car to 2 different dynos in the area and the both give me pretty much same results ive tried different tuners and both of them have told me that the car feels like something wont let the car open up the whole way takes a while to reach the powerband and yes in the videos you can hear the car, sounds kind of weird when it trues to open up like is something was just not letting it turn up do you guys think it can be me torque converter maybe its to tight? What do you all think, ive about done everything to the car except change torque converter

Is that a single 3" exhaust? If so, there is your problem.

I had a 496 stroker, 650 horse build that only put down 350hp on a dyno. But the car was a beast and would outrun >95 % of cars on the street. A dyno sheet is just brag rights but a 10.9 at 126 is way more brag rights. They said I had a loose converter. Sure it hurts but let a track grudge match do the talking..

are you dynoing with the convertor locked or unlocked? A unlocked convertor will read low. My 'vertor can be locked at wide open... To show the difference, I dynoed with it locked and unlocked, back to back. Locked went 521/499. Unlocked went 487/436. A difference of 34whp and 63wtq

I datalog all the time...what kind of differences? I wouldn't think they'd be much difference between the two. The tune doesn't know your on a dyno, it will spin up alittle quicker on a dyno. BTW...mine dynoed 441/412 all motor on the dyno, locked convertor..

You have some items that aren't exactly dyno number friendly. Especially if you're dynoing with slicks. That aside, who cares what it dynos if it's running 10.90's at 125+

I swear to Christ. Between the OP and ********* like you, the internet and forums as a whole are turning into a **** fest of idiocy.
