Default Rapid 5.7L H/C 435rwhp / 394rwtq

We did this combo last year on a 2000 SS Camaro. When I pulled the old heads off the motor, it was apparent that the motor was shot. Oil everywhere. So we proceeded with the install only to get a disappointing 413 rwhp. These are our 5.7 head, stock compression ratio heads and we used a Comp XE-R 230/230/112 cam.

The customer brought the car back this year for a fresh ARE re-build. Still stock internals but we added ARP fasteners to the bottom end.

I cleaned the heads up (no small task) from all the oil and installed Crane dual springs. It was 94 degrees in the dyno room so I was surprised that we got the power levels we did.

Still, this is the power level this package seems to make all the time. Anywhere from 425-445. I will leave it up to him to post the graph.

A/F was 12.6:1 and 29 degrees of timing. A very safe tune and a very nice running package.

His bolt ons are, QTP headers, LS6 intake, Lid, SLP MAF, Rapid Ported Throttle Body, Magnaflow CB, 3.73 gears in a 10 Bolt.

Congrats Mikey! Your packages always deliver the performance their supposed to put down. Get that owner to show us a graph.
