That's an amazing build. Beyond my experience but I will play the guessing game. Sounds like lots of rpm with that intake and cam.

Does the engine have a crank scraper?

565 whp to 585whp

Thanks man! She should be pretty nasty I would think, expecting around 7500 rpm shift points. I’ll shift wherever it wants me too! I’ve been considering getting a crank scraper actually, been reading about them

A crank scraper and a vacuum pump would both probably be good on here.

Should be sweet no matter what.

Definitely interested in the track results.

I think it will make right around 600 crank hp. The heads are a little bit of a wild card.

RWHP I wouldn't sweat too much given the 9" and the high stall converter. You'll be in the 10's for sure with this combo though.

E85 or race gas?

I’m sure track times will give us a better idea than dyno numbers, I’m sure the stall will eat up some power on the dyno.

Im for sure getting a crank spacer, I decided on buying the whole kit or just the scraper.

Im sure rwhp will be lowish with the big stall and 9”, but I bet it performs better than the numbers say it should lol. E85 is the plan, if I have to e98.

I also have a question. I have a m4 2004 GTO I am getting ready to build. I currently have:
  • BTR stage 3 cam
  • 799 heads
  • Stock ls6 intake
  • Pacesetter armor coated long tube headers
  • Catless mids
  • SLP exhaust
  • (All supporting mods)
so I ran into someone selling stage 2.5 ls6 ported heads, fast 102mm intake manifold, and fuel rails for $2000 and all parts were only bolted on for a few pulls on a dyno. Is it worth me selling my ls6 intake and 799 heads and going for those parts?

1 7/8 headers is all I’ve got currently. Probably end up with dual 3” axle dumps with an x pipe and black widow or some other straight thru exhaust

Just for comparison for you to play with. I am 408 14:1 after market head (I think they flow 340 CFM) On E and a little more duration 260/270. It put down a little over 550 to the wheels and runs 10.20 132 at 3300 lbs.

Yea I don’t expect to break 500whp on the dyno. My old stock ls6 headed 416 made over 500whp

Yea I highly doubt it breaks 500whp, but she oughta be s runner. Our D/A up here is around 5500 most of the year though so that hurts.

Should be more than me and I'm expecting over 500whp. You have 2 points more compression and more cam . That auto gonna soak some power up tho.
