How streetable would that cam be with my stock converter? I think with some rockers and springs I could use that to refresh my 80k motor after the A4 gets some work.

you can run stock rockers too..

98% of the customers running our MS3 camshaft use the factory rocker arms. If you think they are weak or need to be replaced, I would recommend going the the Harland Sharp 1.7:1 rockers.
