If it's stock it could be putting down anywhere from 290-315rwhp. It just depends on the dyno or the conditions. There are cars that don't make good power from the factory but they are rare.

I've had 2 LS1 cars. My 2001 did 309/319 bone stock and my 99 did 290/313 bone stock. Funny thing as both cars have had pretty similar mods and my 99 makes more power

GM underrated these cars from the factory. Even the Vettes are a little underrated. All LS1's generally make the same power for the same model year.

99 z28's were rated a 305 flywheel hp I believe.

01-02 z28's were rated at 315 flywheel hp.

Most get these numbers at the rear wheels though.

Thank you very much. My only mods are gears, Loud Mouth and lid. I plan on doing a cam/header/intake upgrade very soon.

It dynoed 308/324 after the loud mouth and lid. It was uncorrected however and was a very hot day. 98 degrees in the dyno shop if I recall. I'm not taking it again untill I get my cam/headers done. I just took it to the local track here and ran a 8.64 1/8 mile and based on a calculator I found online it said at my speed and weight for the car I should be making 324hp at the wheels.
