Default Calling EXPERTS!!! NEED HELP!!! Two Graphs to compare.

Ok, I posted a thread awhile back asking what everyone thought the problem could be. Almost everyone said that it's valve springs. So, I bought some Comp 918 valve springs, retainers and locks and installed them. Just got re-dynoed today and now I am more confused. The problem improved in the fact that its not intermittent. Sometimes it happens very little or not at all, and sometimes happens alot. Problem is, I don't know what is done to the car. I bought the car used with 42k miles on it from a Dealership in Garland, TX and it had some mods already. Several people have told me there is a Stall converter in the car, some have said there is a cam in the car... I just need to know what I should look at next. My goal is to get a smooth powerband with no dips/misses. What could the problem be?

Could it be a bad plug wire that theyre getting the signal from.

You can hear/feel it missing at high rpms under WOT...

Optispark was new from GM when the motor went in, LT4 Knock module, new plugs, new coil, wires aren't arcing.

I am at a loss.

is it detonating? what do the plugs loook like, air/fuel it could be a milion things but need more info

Does anyone think that bad harmonics from a faulty crank pulley could cause a dip like that?

The power is smooth with no problems so far with the stock crank pulley installed... I hope that the faulty ASP pulley was the problem..
