Default 231/237 dyno numbers

376HP / 351TQ.

Not as high as I would like, but I am not disappointed either. Time to go back to the track.

Sounds about right, should be a little higher. I could only pull 357 with that cam, but i have an a4. I have a buddy with a full bolt on m6 with that cam & he put down 404. I think my car is a dud on the dyno though. Dont let it fool you I was putting down some really good times at the track. 12.00's at 115-116mph. That cam pulls like hell, but it doesnt put down the dyno #'s. Keep us posted with the track times.

Really? Are they that bad?

Here is a crappy shot of the graph. I took it with my camera since my scanner isn't hooked up.

Is it in the tune or because I still have the 26LB injectors or both?

It was in the LS1 internal engine because I thought people would be interested for comparing cams. It was moved by a mod.

It sould be in the tune, If your just a full bolt on cam only car then your 26's should still be fine. See if the tuner cant richen it up a bit.

I would tend to agree but would definitly recommend goin with some 30+lb injectors soon as your probably running out of injector or will be very soon

I don't think an A4 will see 400rwhp w/o locking the converter. Your AFR is out of whack black_ws6

you'll be damn close...my 98 made 373rwhp through an a4 with the ls1 intake, stock tb, stock pulley, steel DS and I had to dyno in 2nd gear because of my 2.73 gears...that was with patriot s2 5.7 perim. heads & the 231/237 cam.

i say bump to a bigger injector and get a better tune i had a full bolt on car with the tsp 231/237 in a 2000 m6 heres my graph

my injector duty cyle was running at like 108% so i bumped to a 39lb injector (running a dry shot along with a DP kit) and it runs a **** ton better. i broke the car before i could dyno it again or take it to the track but IMO it ran really good.

My cam-only 231/237 numbers started at 387rwhp. Then, the rest of the bolt-ons and heads crept the numbers up to 425rwhp (with 400rwhp being the best cam-only figure), then the last round of bolt-ons made the numbers jump to 460rwhp. It's a top end cam than needs to breathe-LOTS!
In the end, it breathed in thru a full 85mm/90mm intake tract and out through QTP HVMC LT's.

You can see my cam only numbers in the sig. Also without pulley or ported TB.

What kind of times are you running? I had a really shitty night at the track last night and got a best 12.70 @ 111.95

On stock heads, I trapped as high as 118mph w/Nitto DR's. 4.10's out back.
