That is not necessarily true. My buddy has a Mustang dyno and a dynojet. The numbers are damned near the same. Of course not all results are like that.

People have that misconception though, I myself have been to a few mustang dynos and the #'s have been exaggerated. That's why people sometimes refer to them as "dial a HP" dynos.

Going by my personal experience there was a 13% difference in a Mustang dyno and a Dynojet.

When I had it dynoed last time it showed an increase of 22.3 RWHP and 9.2 RWTQ and the only differences were different Cats and a slightly different tune. It had me puzzled as well since they were both SAE corrected and on Mustang Dynos (different shops but still) and I did not think Mac cats would have hurt my #s so much.

I posted a thread awhile ago and got a good answer there:

I will have it back at the same shop to remove the Cats and have a Y pipe fabricated that will hug the underbody better and I am anxious to see the results after that.

the rockers are held on with bolts aren't they??? well at least studs and nuts.
Subjective or not there has to be some point where one just says "yes, this is or is not" and the universally accepted answer is that if oil touches it it is NOT a bolt on...personally I do agree with that.

my 1/4 was with ssra lid and filter, no tires, no tune, no exhaust, awaiting new times with this setup, asp underdrive crank pulley should be installed for that as well.

Just got to the dyno today (before installing the magnaflow cat back). Best run of 317/331. Very pleased.
