Default low dyno numbers please help

hey guys im writing on my friends sn, i have a 98 z28 6spd. the motor was just finished it has about 1500 miles on it. i took it to ttp in new jersey which by the way is a great shop the owner matt is a great guy and will do anything and everything for you/ anyway my car dynoed at 376 and 355tq with the following mods doesnt this seem extreamly low and is there anything i can do about this i wanted to atleast break the 400 mark....
car has patriot stage 2 ls6 heads 59cc,226/226 585/585 with a 112lsa,pacesetter lt,texas speed y pipe, slp ported throttle body, ls6 intake, slp loudmouth, 160 thermo, and it has a moser 9'' with 3.89 gears.
i know the patriot head and cam package isnt the best in the world but i would have thought it could have broken 400whp with all bolt ons. please help suggestions are very welcome

Does seem a little low. What were the conditions like the day of the dyno. Was it tuned or you just make some pulls?
Matt scan it to see if there was any knock, etc etc?

The air was horrible yesterday. There was no knock. We have him tuned in at 13.0:1. The 9" is definitely eating a lot of power, but it does seem low for a h/c car. We are not the biggest fan of the Patriot cam (Made by Lunati). We prefer the Comp Cams XE-R lobes, they are definitely more aggressive and we use them on all of our Equalizer packages including the dyno record holding 505rwhp combo.

With the Lunati 55006...224/224 .560/.560 112CL and stock lS6 heads I made 370 rwhp and 360ft/torque. I would say the heads and cam are the culprit along with the 9" rear. I hope it works out for you!!!
