Nice ET Joe. I look forward to having you dyno-tune and exhaust-refine my current combination. I get my new laptop and EFI Live this week. Wanna play with it? I'm changing my OS to a 2002 model year so I can do some cooler speed density tricks.

Sounds good Patrick. SD tune is the way to go. I run mine in SD Open loop. I am sure that we can pick that hotrod up a little. You should take a trip up to RSI this weekend we are having a open house and dyno day at the new shop on west little york. Thanks all you guys for the good words.

Hey CrazyJoe, how much did the parts cost? Did you notice a difference in how the trans shifts?

Kick *** numbers man...I see that you will be up at the shop this weekend. I guess that would mean that it's probably not a good time to swap tranny's. Let me know. If so, I will see if I can use the shop here this weekend to get it swapped out. BTW how did the shootout go?

Awesome. We beat the jet by .100 of a second. We went 194mph in the 1/2 mile and the jet only went 179mph. It was sweet. You can read more about it at www.viperalley.com. The tranny is done so whenever you want to come let me know. I would like to do it friday night if possible. I need to put that spare together for a friend. Whenever is best for you just call me on my cell. Ready for you anytime.

What is the difference from Viper Synchros to those in an F-body?

Nice numbers BTW!

viper syncros have carbon fiber friction material and the stock one have a paper like substance for the friction material. The viper ones can take far more abuse. Think of it like a different grade of brake pads the stock f-body syncro being the cheapest aviable
