Yes of course the all the items added should have added power but you also have to remember that if you went from a 2.73 gear to a 3.42 gear in a auto that you are going to loose some power on the dyno but the gears will really help at the track. If I were you if you have track times from before, I would compare them to the times now that you have changed these things.

Those numbers are close to what they should be. You didn't gain any from the catback swap (both are free-flowing) so I'd say your headers gained you most of the 20hp and the intake was worth 3-5hp. You may have gotton another 5-10 more hp if you went with an ORP, but it looks like you're trying to keep the noise down some, which is what I'd personally do also. By the way how loud is the car inside when cruising? I'm thinking about going with those headers and y.

my opinion the exhaust is pretty quiet until floor it. at cruising it's pretty damn quiet. i think you can keep the window down and still think while it's down. HEHE! I'VE GOT THE SAME SET UP ON MY SS only with bassani exhaust and it sounds fantastic also.

Why did you get the ls6 witha egr, i thought the reason people bought them was to not have a egr.

My car was similar to yours. With my converter unlocked, I made almost 320 RWHP and almost 310 RWTQ. Locked I gained almost 40 more HP and 50 more TQ.

My brother' s car: 02 Z28 A4 2.73s. With a canned Predator tune, Borla, and SLP lid, put down 327 RWHP and 350 RWTQ.

I think your numbers look pretty good. I' d be pretty happy.

Seems like normal numbers to me. I pulled 310rwhp and 343rwtq with airlid, magnaflow catback, 3400 2.0 MW converter, and QTP long tubes untuned.

No converter yet? Best mod for an A4 hands down!!!

I would say the #'s are spot on. My car w/ LT's, TSP duals, LS6 intake, ported TB, ASP pulley, edit Tune by Mike Norris @ NLP, 3.42's, and a SY3500 stall did 348/350 at the tires. Factor in I had no cats, and a few extra mods... and our cars are pretty much identical.

248c Dyno jet @ NLP - corrected #'s... for those who want to know.

In an auto with those gears and mods that sounds about right.
