Updated the original post with the graphs. Sorry it took so long, but I've been out of town at the RVIA show all week.

Looks like it would probably go close to 450 with open headers. Funny how the power curve jumps up around 4250rpm on alot of LS1s through exhaust.

If it was at Midnight Madness at NPR then it was probably Kraest on this forum.

I have a set of GMPP true LS6 heads that have been milled .050 that I am going to stick on the car in the next week or so. I'll dyno it again with that being the only change and report back with results.... then I'll have the GMPP heads for sale.

Great! Should pick it up a little more. You valve relief the exhaust side on the piston yet? Thats the reason we didnt mill the 241s.

I'm going to flycut the exhausts on the car when I have the heads off this time. After this last head swap, the stock shortblock is going into my mustang with a "gomer grind thumper cam" and a set of .060 milled PRC's then sticking the long awaited 408 into my Z28

I wish you had a dyno of the car as is with the Hooker cat back to compare vs. the true duals. It's nuts how much it leaned out just from a swap to true duals.

Nice numbers..
I am soon to be doing something simular...glad to see it pays off. with stock 241 heads.
But just out of curiousity, how much do you think the difference would be if you kept the stock exhaust valves in the heads?

The exhaust valves are stock, although the came out of 5.3 heads- the 241 stck exhaust valve is very simular to them, these were just the only valves I had at the time. The heads arent stock nor maxed out, their just a good street head on ported wise.
