QTP headers v. SLP

QTP headers v. SLP
How many addition hp will the QTP headers with the merge collector generate over the SLP headers? Will the power/torque increase be along the curve, at the top end, or bottom end?

Same reply as your other post.
Attached: LS6 intake/SLP LT's vs. FAST90/QTP HVMC LT's (not exactly apples to apples LT comparo, but you can see the results are significant on stock bottom end/cubes).

Much of the gain goes to the FAST intake and flowmaster collector. Nice comparo. I have a set of SLP headers with a custom mandrel bent Y with Flowmaster merge to install. I feel good about them and the power they will bring afer seing this comparo.

If I read the correctly, you made 33RWHP and 18RWTQ. The intake and header combo was a success. As for the reply about the intake being responsible for most of the gains, this is incorrect. Half of the HP gains is more likely from the intake and most of the torque is from the headers. This stuff has been posted many times over. Anyway, congratulations on the gains.

I think you misunderstood me Southfl.o2.ss. I was congratulating you on your success. I was refurring to the statement that Badsz28 made about the intake making the majority of the gains. Again, congrats!
