Default New numbers RPM 6

Did a cam swap friday 226/226 578/578 114 lsa to 244/248 612/615 114+4 lsa(RPM 6 cam) went from 376.2 to 413.4 for a gain of 37 rwhp pulls like a madman up top...

Wish I had went with the rpm 6 instead of the rpm 5. But I guess I always have something to upgrade to. Nice numbers

I don't have 1 in RPM yet . There Dyno never reads my TQ with the stock wires .. but it peaks at 6800-6900 rpm .the graph they posted is in uncorrected #'s the SAE were 413.4 ..

i would like to see a dyno of this cam installed straight up on a 108+0 lsa.

That is an awesome pickup. How did your idle change? Is it still streetable? That cam looks awesome!

I tell you what , I am quite surprised at how little the idle changed from the little cam to this monster. And trust me I am very picky about this car.

Yeah he is! I stayed late last night working on it, and did some fine tweaking today. I drove it around the block and tried to make it die, and i couldnt make it surge!

RPM tuning is the shiznit.

i made 405/385 with a little 232/236 cam untuned, maybe get that tune checked out man, sounds like something might need to be tweaked a little. what gears are in the car?

Like i said on another board... Dyno numbers dont mean

Track times do...

Dyno numbers are relative. No one cares what you made. Its what set car makes on set day with set mods. If a change is made, a loss or gain is seen depending on weather, correction factor, AIT, etc etc. So in your defense, he picked up signifigant power from his last setup.
