I think with some better gears and slicks, I could be even deeper in the 11's.

If you just put a 200 shot on it you would be in the low 10s

Everyone has a different idea of what is "streetable". I do drive it on the street to cruise ins and to the track but not that often, only due to lack of time. Does it drive like stock? Not even close.

next time at the greene cruise can you take me for a ride? Want to see what the manners are like. I'm still debating on swapping cams in mine.Everyone says keep my cam and spray or more bolt ons.

Better yet, you can drive it. Was yours hard to tune with an auto and 111lsa?
I may just do a small shot, but just want a little more N/A.do you think going with a true dual exhaust will give me 10-15rwhp over my ory, dynomouth?

Mine's a 110lsa. (It was measured at like 110.3 or 110.5 lsa I think, i'd have to find the cam card to be sure.) I'll pass on the drive but I will take a ride.

I doubt you'd get 15 out of true duals over what you have now but anything is possible. I say get the electric water pump and the other bolt ons then do a small shot.

Nope, I wanted to but I got too skeered. I knew I wouldn't be able to stop upping the jet until it went boom!

Ah,
Does the cam surge at all between 1000-2000rpm at low speed.
My last SS(som also like yours) I was trying to decide f13 or tr230, i went with the f13 and it surged a little in that rpm range.

I just installed my TR230 last week and absolutely love it. I don't have dyno numbers yet, but my butt-meter sure likes it. I drive mine daily and it drives pretty good. We had some issues getting it to idle alright, but we got it pretty close now. There is still a little bit of surging at low rpm's with light throttle input, but over 2000 rpm's it goes away. I followed this thread and it helped me decide to go the TR230 route, so thanks Gillbot. I can't wait to get some dyno and track numbers.

Not really. Your tuner can tune all of that out I believe.

Check out www.dayton-fbody.com for local shops. I can't post them here unless they are a sponsor.
