No way i'd ever do a 200 shot unless my motor was built and who said anything about an NX kit? There's a Zex kit sitting on the floor right now.

It'll take a 200 shot as long as the nozzle is spraying AWAY from the motor instead of into it.

get some agressive gears and a heavy duty rear and launch at 6k, you'll run a good time!

I can atest to running those kinda times as well. I posted my runs in the 12 sec section and without N2O my best time is a 12.5 no video of that yet the guy that took it is still editing it, there is one of my 12.7 though. But that was accomplished at 4000+ sealevel no slicks, no converter. I added a 75 shot and ran a 12.0 with no other changes and I just got my converter was gunna go 3600 but after talking too a good friend and a hell of a tuner decided since its a daily driver I will send it back for a 3200 for more gas mileage and better streetability. Should be in the 11s myself NA and with spray who knows.

My car ran a 12.6 with a 2.73 rear and 2800 converter. I went from the 12.6 to an 11.8 with the PT4000 converter and a 3.42 gear.

Your problem lies in your drag radials- Drag radials are for automatic cars, put a set of MT ET streets on there at about 10psi and see how she hooks. They dont require much heating up either..

The thing about a drag radial is that its a harder compound and doesnt like the abuse from the shock of a manual shift. This is ok for automatic cars, but when it comes to a stick - a wrinkle wall bias ply design will work best.
These tires do wrinkle to absorb more of the shock than a DR. they are also a softer compound and even though they are DOT approved are not reccomended for much street driving. Cornering on a set of bias ply tires is like floating the rear end of your car on a hovercraft that you dont have any control over.. and dont even try to think about driving in the rain. lol

Very nice numbers! mine numbers are in my sig(no n2o) with the same cam and mac mids, but with a stock LS1 intake. i guess the Tr230/224 proves itself once again!

Im glad to see 11's are possible with this cam on a good launch
