what is a/f ratio

what is a/f ratio The reason I ask is because I just recently dynoed my car and my a/f @ WOT is steadily @ 13.xx it doesn't really move from there now the guy who dynoed the car said I was fine. I'm not sure if I'm rich but I think so. My question is what a/f ratio should I have at WOT with mods in sig?

A/F ratio is the ratio of the air to fuel mixture going through the engine. Duing normal driving the car will strive to maintain 14.7 parts air to 1 part fuel, hence 14.7:1 AFR.
LS1's naturally aspirated seem to like AFR around 12.8-13.2 although this is debatable, anywhere in there is good though. If it gets too lean(15.0:1) detonation happens and causes damage and if its too rich(11.0:1) you will lose power.
