U might pick up another 10rwhp from some Kooks or QTP LT's and True Duals. I think a FAST90 intake and NW90 TB would give u another 10-15rwhp probably also. But the numbers arent bad at all.

I didn't know Hookers headers were that bad, I'm running the Pacesetters, with the TSP y-pipe, its not top of the line, but it gets it done. It could be a tuning issue? Or it may be the heads? I don't know.

Numbers are pretty close to the average. Gotta remember, alot of numbers you see folks brag about online are with all the lil dyno tricks done, the higher number be it STD, SAE, or uncorrected, and they count spikes in the graph! 
Your numbers are where they should be in the REAL world.
The Hooker headers are good headers, but there Y pipe sucks. A lack of a decent merge kills the flow. When I was running Hooker LT's, I had a custom Y made with a flowmaster merge and not only did it get rid of my rasp the power output came up.
