H/C numbers seem a lil' low
I put in a comp 224/224 .581 .581 on a 114 LSA with some patriot stage II ls6 style heads and kooks LTs and only make 386 to the wheels.. does that sound right?

Yeah, that sounds low. Even without a ported tb and UD pulley, you should be around 400rwhp with that cam and heads in an 02 manual with the stock gears on a dynojet. Actually, with the ported TB, UD pulley, and a cutout, I'd expect close to 400rwhp out of the 224 cam in such a car.
Where does the cam peak? Maybe it's off just enough that you're peaking at something like 5400RPM.
Flowmaster exhaust? Cutout?

Not to bust ***** but my car w/ a Cartek 2x cam (224/228), LT's, ORY, airlid, ported TB, Moser 12 bolt w/ 4.11's, and a nitrous ready steel drive shaft put down 391 RWHP and was running 11.7x's w/ 2.1 60' in a 3680lb car

I'm running close to the same set up that you have.
Comp 224-228, 581-581 on a 114, Patriot stage 2 ls1 heads, SLP long tubes, Flowmaster exhaust and made 392rwhp. No cutout, no ud pulley, and with high flow cats. This is on my 2000 m6 T/A with stock rear and stock gear.
