Welded the hole in the TB plate and blended the TB port to intake port. If you look at the 1st set of pics you will see a lip around the intake opening. In the last set of pictures you will see the port smooth.

I would think it would be a lot easier to tune with Lucas 42s for injectors.

I am making similar power with the 42s (which are very ez to tune) and the injector constant is nowhere near 80%. No need for 60s.

Went to a Dyno day and ended up taking 1st for High HP and got a trophy.
I installed the racetronix fuel pump and harness and decided to hook up the Nitrous. I ran the 100 shot jets and pulled 606 RWHP 581 RWTQ.

There was no tuning, I just installed jets and they watched the A/F throught the entire pass.

Hit me up in the PM's if you still need tuning help. I have a very similar setup, with almost identical track, dyno numbers and had very similar problems. I might be able to give you and/or your tuner some help getting it to run right in Open Loop Speed Density. I highly recommend getting your own wideband gage also. Dont go thinking that this will net you any more power. It is strictly for clearing up driveability issues as the VE table allows for more fueling variations under different loads and RPMs. I had to get my fuel to about 13:1 in the problem area (1700-2000RPM) and my timing is down in the 14-17* range in those areas. This really smoothed out my bucking a surging. I haven't tuned any cars with ETC yet so I'm not sure how good it is at making corrections but I can tell you that the IAC in the f-bodies is very slow. In other words, you want to drill the hole in the blade to get you to the least amount of neccessary air correction. This will help resolve the stalling on deccel. I use the idle over/under spark tables as my primary correction for keeping the idle smooth. With large corrections on the under table and very small corrections on the over table. This keeps them from fighting each other and errors on the slightly high side of idle (pretty much eliminates the stalling problem). Dialing in the Idle Airflow table is very important also for a good solid idle.
