Nice numbers, Brian. I'm wondering if you notched the pistons. With that cam, and the milling, and the 0.040" gasket, it must be close if it isn't.

I dont think he needed to notch the pistons. I have done crazier things and still didnt hit.

Thanks guys! And like Rick said, the pistons weren't flycut. This was all well thought out before I ordered anything.

This was something that I discussed with Tony to come to the final conclusion on. The 114 allows for more P-V clearance, better drivability, and wouldn't fall off after peak as much as a 112.

The 228/230 is an awesome split-I don't know whey everyone over looks it? Awesome results bro-the AFR's rock-hell man you probably would of went over 450 if you milled them .040 thou!

Ha ha! It's all about money management man And BTW, the clutch problem is SOLVED! I installed a Mcleod master cylinder and a poly trans-mount on Fri afternoon and it's shifting freakin awesome now
