I found one in the stick that looks like it would be really close to the same as mine. It says that a Mustang dyno was used. He got 388hp/332tq. Is this accurate? Are Mustang dynos shitty?

388hp/332tq? I don't see how you could have that low of torque with anything remotly near that HP rating.

That's what I kind of thought. I copied and pasted it straight from the post that the guy had on the sticky. Does the HP seem pretty close? Little more maybe?

Mustang Dyno's are not "shitty." 382rwhp for that setup is not bad. A dyno is merely a tool to tune with. Who cares what Horsepower number you get? I would be more concerned that the tuner got all that he could get out of the car with the set up you have. Track times are more of a definitive measurement of the whole car's performance capabilities. Now if you don't want to go to the track and merely want to brag to people about dyno numbers then find yourself a shop that uses a non load bearing dyno. If you don't know what the difference btw a load bearing and a non load bearing-search-I realize there are a number of folks out there that don't want to goto the track and just want numbers - no bashing - just different.

Yeah I read the thread about mustang dynos. It all makes sense. I was kind of just curious what hp people had been getting with a similar setup to mine. I realize that most people do not run a cam with my specs...especially since I only found 1 post with the same cam. I just thought that maybe someone with A LOT more knowledge about this stuff or someone else with a similar setup could give me a roundabout number.

My car hasn't been to the dyno yet. This is to get an estimation of what my setup will do. Those numbers are from someone on the sticky.

through an unlocked a4 i'd say ~375 rwhp and 365 tq. the split on that cam leaves much to be desired, as well as the 114 lsa. the car will suck ***** below 4,500 rpm and honestly i don't think it will be too great above it, either.
