Default How much power would I gain on a Fast 90/90?

Here is my setup:

1993 mazda RX-7
01 LS1 with T56
30#FMS injectors
LS6 intake, 241 heads stage 1 TEA Milled 0.030, stock valves
Cometic 0.040 Head Gaskets
intake exhaust
.100 71.0 52.6
.200 136.4 109.2
.300 207.2 159.1
.400 249.1 203.8
.500 280.1 230.8
.550 288.5 239.2
.600 291.1 245.2
CAM- Futral F6 226/230 .575/.595 112lsa
Also 1 7/8 LT's, 2.5 true dual exhaust with cats,85mm SLP Maf deristorized, Ported TB, Billet steel flwheel, LS2 timing chain, Ported LS6 oil pump, ARP rod Bolts,ASP pulley.

I put dowm 418rwhp and 384rwtq on a rough tune, thinking of adding a Fast 90/90 and a Fidanza aluminum flywheel, HOW much power should I expect to gain on a ported Fast 90/90?

I have seen alot of before and after gains for the fast 90/90 combo, but not with the heads that I have and I know with AFR heads you will see good gains. So is it worth it for me to buy the 90/90 and add it to my current setup or just change other parts such as heads or cam to see more HP? Conidering my car weighs 2700pds, I am not concered about low end torque but looking for good power right through to 7000rpm beacuse I track this car.

depending on who ports your FAST, id say 30 rwhp. Tony Mamo is the **** when it comes to porting one.

I picked up 40 on my DTP ported one on a 403 over a LS6.
And as hard as it it to believe I picked up around 50 ft lbs of torque too!
Only change was removing the LS6 intake and ported stock TB and replacing with a Fast 90/90.

on stock cubes, real world results show 10-15 rwhp gain on a car tune before and then after, on a stock FAST. Porting is iffy, most places are shady about posting results, Mamo sees on average 22-27 rwhp gain over ls6 intake depending on the setup, and is the only one I have seen post real results, several times, as well as independent guys, all VERY consistent.

i went from the g5x3 to the g5x4 cam and the fast 90mm and got 29hp on a mustang dyno. under the curve i gained 35hp in some spots over me ls6. minus about 8hp for the cam upgrade and the fast was worth about 21hp at the top. i also have AFR 205 heads on the car,346ci and it's a m6.

On my setup I went from an LS1 intake and stock TB to a Fast 90/ NW 90 and a Meziere EWP and gained 41 HP and 27 TQ.
