Finally got my procharger installed and dynoed. P1SC with 3.5 twin intercoolers. Pretty happy with the numbers with a really conservative tune. I wanted 500 but I guess that will come with a cam. 488/443.

Wow, that's exactly what I am gonna order (except I am gonna do the D-1SC upgrade). I have about the same #'s you had prior to install. Hopw's she drive now? Give us some impressions. How are the 4:10's with the boost now? How much boost did ya peak at??? (Hard to read). Lots of power off idle? Or does it have to wind up a little....Any other impressions wouls be a help too!

I was down about 5 ft/lbs until about 2400 rpm which I am assuming is from turning the blower and the added stuff in the intake piping. Then the blower numbers take over from there. By 3500 it is screaming. I'm probally going to switch back to at least 3.73 gears with the 4.10's 1st and 2nd gears are pretty much worthless with the wheel spin and the how quick you get through them. The boost peaked at 8.5 lbs at 6300. This thing is definatly a blast to drive.

So, at the end of it all....what was the total cost for blower/install/tune, the final #????? I guess that amount of boost is still safe for our motors....Was it tuned a little richer????
Did ya upgrade valvetrain at all?????
I wanna be able to light my tires up at will in 2nd w/o actually changing gears, as I know it makes 1st gear especially short, resulting in near rev limit hits all the time.

Not bad on a SAFE TUNE. Let your tuner tweak the tune a bit add a couple degrees of timing and you are right at 500 rwhp like you hoped for. My buddy Dennis has D1sc and he runs 11.5 #'s of boost and makes 530 rwhp on a mustang dyno. He wins every dig race, but over the summer I was getting him from a roll. Probably not now that he's got his new tranny. Anyways I got a little off topic, but considering your SAFE tune and P1sc your number are quite stout. Enjoy all that TQ, nice curves on the graph.

3600-Used P1SC Kit w/SDCE 8rib setup with 42lb injectors
225-Racetronix 255 lb/hr fuel pump with hot wire kit (from thunder on sale)
500-Mcleod Kevlar single disk with billet flywheel (lingenfelter)
230-Auto Meter Phantom II electronic fuel pressure gauge/ boost gauge
350- for the tune
So just under 5 grand including the clutch. Which I needed anyway. Now I am going to switch to a 2 bar setup when I do the cam because I was maxing out the maf at 6300 rpm. I did not touch the valvetrain yet. Once I do I will probally spin it to about 6700 or so.
Any second gear punch over about 3000 just blows the tires right off. Granted this is on drag radials and it has been pretty cold here. In the 40's. I think it would hook alot better with warmer weather.

Dennis you agree with this on a P1SC?? Good numbers, and how much more is left in the tune? Should be able to get a couple more degrees of timing before any fuel issues arrive. BTW how many degrees of timing are you running?? I am N/A and run 28*'s of timing. NO ISSUES, but I understand Forced Induction is different. Good luck.

18 degrees of timing in the upper RPM's on the low octane table. I have no idea about tuning but that is what I saw on the laptop w/hptuners. The 42 lb injectors are at 81%. Fuel pressure dropped from 62 psi @ idle to about 57 psi @ the end of the run.

I had the 60's on there when I had it tuned and it still needed fuel. I added the boost a pump (+hot wire kit) and that did the trick. Some people will say to go to a dual intank setup, but this worked fine for me. And I still have more room to crank up the volts on the boost a pump.
