First off good luck. I (2000 c5 FRC) put down 403 rwhp and 380+ rwhp with same boltons/cam as you minus the pully and minus a few cubic inches, but I have a manual vs your a4 auto. So with that being said I am going to guess 408 rwhp and 402 rwtq. The ported Mamo 90/90 setup would get you to at least the 430 rwhp level assuming 408 rwhp is correct. Again good luck, and I can't wait to see your dyno graph. GOOD LUCK !!! Hopefully you make more power, but that is my honest guess, so if you make more you won't be disappointed.

Its hard to tell, and tunning makes a big difference. For a Comparison sake My brother has a 06 C6 Z51 M6 with coated LG LT's and X-pipe stock mufflers, 90 fast intake, stock TB, LPE CAI, 160 T-stat, and Ed Wright Dyno Tune made 407Rwhp and 411RWTQ (399RWHP and 402 RWTQ corrected). He baselines at 382 I believe.
Our Friend with a the same car but a A6 with Kooks LT's and X-pipe, Corsa Exhaust, 160T-stat, Halltech CAI, and ED Wright Tune did 373 RWHP and 363 corrected.
When they race the M6 puts about 2.5 cars on the auto.

Thanx a lot for the support.. I've already sent Tony a PM a few days ago regarding the 90/90 setup.. To be honest, I'm keepin that on hold up until I make a firm decision in regard to the heads... It'll be a huge hassle to send the intake from here to the states, get it ported and get it sent back again..

BTW, how much would I expect out of swapping my TB with a ported/polished one !?

Thanks for letting us know the situation bro. We are all salivating to see what your car does. Best of luck on some good numbers. I hope you do better then my guess of 408 rwhp. Add that 90/90 and you'll definately beat 408 to the wheels.

Went to check-up on the car yesterday.. Everything is in place! Only remaining parts to be installed are the NGK- TR55 IX spark plugs and a new trans cooler... My mechanic forbids me from using the B&M 24k cuz he doesn't like the hosing and fitting and would much prefer to use braided lining and A/N fittings.. I need to look for one now, order it and continue waiting..! I'm kinda hating the fact that my mechanic is a perfectionist..

Can't wait to be ...

It pays to do what they request. My guy is very thorough and that's why he helps me.

.. Just palced an order for a a new tranny cooler and all the required fittings (hoses and hose-ends)..

Hope it all gets here in no more than a week.. Passed by the garage today and all is ready except for the cooler and the spark-plugs.. I checked and the plugs have been shipped already so they should get here tomorrow or day after by the latest..

My hands are itching..
