LS1 vs. LS2 Fbody vs GTO

LS1 vs. LS2 Fbody vs GTO Just want to know is the LS2 really faster than an LS1. I know there is some changes, but Is there enough to beat an LS1. Considering the same Mods on each vehicle. HP to HP and Driver to Driver.
i raced both an ls1 gto and an ls2 gto and a ls2 vette, the gto's were both beat easy, the vette held on til about 125,then i let go, i didnt wanna take it into 5th, i was full bolt ons when all this happened
car in sig started to pull on (i belive it was all stock) c6.
we lined up around 55mph he go the jump, my nose was at the rear of his car and thats when i went wot and i starded to pass him, not like blow his doors off but it was a givin that my car was faster, but we had to let off as soon as we where even again because of traffic

If you're just asking about the engines. The LS2 is obviously better. More cubes, better heads, cam, bigger bore, etc.

Comparing vehicles though is different. That takes into account tons of different factors that some don't seem to realize, gearing, aerodynamics, downforce, every little aspect of the car. Yeah your camaro might have beat an ls2 GTO, but maybe the driver sucked or something was wrong with it. Same thing vice versa maybe a GTO drug an Fbody. The best thing to do would be taking bone stock factory cars and running them with the same driver and measuring their performance.

Ive ran an LS2 GTO, From a dig I put Busses on Him (I Almost Dead hook on the street w/stock stall and DR's)..From a roll, we went from a 20 and I got the jump, he slowly reeled me in at my door at 85, and had a car on me by 120.......LS2 FTW.

are you guys racing impaired drivers or what ?? 
i have no problems with most of the fbodies out there unless they have h/c. cam only vs cam only they would see my plates.

In the video is my car vs. a stock C6. I had full boltons NO CAM. At the time I made 350rwhp. If youre stock I wouldn't expect to pull an LS2 vette!
