I am back home in sunny Florida...finally.
MT ET street/Firestone are mounted on CCW Drag Pack/Skinnies and ready to roll...
I know Moroso Race Track will reopen early January and fortunately I will find time to make my FIRST start at the Drag strip(need to find an helmet LOL).
I know DA is by far not the best in South Florida especially vs. NJ end of the season...but I will not be there with any pretension and will still run the 3:42 OEM rear end.
As promised, I will keep this thread updated whatever happen with the pass.
Happy New Year to every Member here.

Hi Asmodeus,
I would say that with a 4:10 rear dif and a DA of ~-600, this car weighting ~3020 should trap ~7200rpm @~131mph....with a good driver able to extract a 1.46/1.50 60' on perfect tires...
A lot of variable in this equation to make the results optimum.
This afternoon the DA was 1600, wind was wrong direction and ground was way too hot (around 88°@ 3pm) to translate any kind of real power and I still have the OEM rear dif which is way too tall to make the power-band optimum for a 1/4 mile.
Plus it is going to be my first time at the Drag Strip!!!
Will let you know

I receive regularly PMs from Members asking about my "track time".
Not always the opportunity, and maybe not the real motivation...
This afternoon I made a short video launching a run on my usual private road in the 77* 70% Florida humidity.
It was pretty sandy and traction is effective in third gear only.
I still love the way my 'small' engine is accelerating on his 3:42 rear dif...
What do you think?

What the Hell?
Short Sleeve shirt + fingerless leather driving gloves x skinny white arms = super
your Car is seriously dope, and I give it all of the respect in the world, but yeah, I had to laugh when I saw that video. Great sounding Exhaust note though!!! Sounds awesome when you are in the upper RPMs!

A quick question, what was the wieght difference between the two clutch setups? The exo skel setup looks like it has a considerable amount of wieght savings compared to a standard pressure plate. I'm not sure I would need a twin disc, but I didn't see where the exo skel setup had a single disc.
Congrats on a nice setup. I wish I had a safe 'private' road that I could do some tuning runs on, but you work with what you have.

In the upshifting video post # 106 there is a RPS TWIN Carbon/Organic in the Z and have zero problems with...really close to stock in daily driving conditions, pedal a little stiffer than stock, upshiftings between 0.195 sc to 0.25 HPTuner recorded from disengagement to full engagement...
The Exo-Skel is in the same window, the MOI is helping the effort on the shifter on the disengagement plus the revs decay is quicker, require a little more attention in town.
I did weight all the assemblies on my scale:
- OEM =----------------------------- 49 pounds
- Spec Alu Flwh = ------------------- 40 pounds
- Exo-Skel April 2007 ---------------- 38 pounds
- RPS Twin Street Carbon/Organic ---- 39 pounds
- Exo-Skel February 2008 -------------37 pounds

Hi venom ws7,
I watched the HPTuner log of the video I did link above in post # 106 and here are the following upshifting speed/revs:
-First gear :-----53mph----7300rpm
-Second gear :--76 mph---7200rpm
-Third gear :---111mph----7200rpm
Other of that in my top speed video in the initial post of this thread:
-Fourth gear :--158mph---7100rpm
-Fifth gear :----187mph---7187rpm (that's the top speed I did HPTuner and Garmin recorded)
All gearing and tires are OEM...

I watched the vids again. This time all 3. Boy oh boy did you get some good results. Most people probably miss the fact of how difficult it is to get this kind of power out of only 346 ci's and have the level of drivability coupled with the explosiveness of N2o from an N/A built motor that doesn't have nitrous but makes power like it does. You have really got the devil by the horns. I am really hoping that there is a bit more power in my car with the item we discussed Christian. I'm sure it won't let me surpass you but the item in question and some additional milling may get me close.
Final comment AWESOME CAR !!!!
