In no way was it TSP's fault for faulty guides from Dart. All they did was cnc the runners not size the guides. The oil issue is 110% Darts fault.

There were problems with the bare castings. I don't recall any problems with the dart 205 assembled heads from dart. probally because they noticed the problem before assembling them and shiping them.

My 1st initial dyno was 425/355.. but, my tranny was on the way out which reflects the low TQ.. A buddy and I have been working on the tune and have not dynoed it yet since. I will be back on the rollers when the snow melts as I have to get it tuned with the 150 shot.. Ill let you know what it does on a N20 tune on and off the bottle..

just to clear things up, yes dart has a cnc program for there heads, but its designed for a 4inch bore and bigger cubes. They enlarge the combustion to 68cc and run bigger 2.08 intake valves. They also have a full port job for the intake and exhaust runners but it does port them out pretty big.
I'm still unsure if i'm going to go with there program cause i do think it might be a bit big for my engine but i'm going to talk more in depth with dart and a few others what they think.
Heres the flow numbers that John over at dart sent to me, tests were done on a 4.030 bore size on a superflow 600.
INTAKE 144 214 264 305 329 344
EXHAUST 114 157 192 219 232 240
0.200 0.300 0.400 0.500 0.550 0.600
They take the heads out to a 250cc intake runner and 90cc exhuast runner, which lies the problem for me, i'm going to be runnin ga 370 and these heads i think might be too big (better suited for a 408) but john over at dart as told me they should work great and they do flow pretty well in the midrange.
Price is 250 for just the combustion work, or 750 for the port job and combustion work.
Just giving all the specs that i know, if you have any other questions give John Keyes over at dart a call.
