Default tsp 228R, Stalled A4

I got the car dynoed tuesday, and I am pretty happy with the numbers.

2002 Z28: K&N FIPK, Pacesetter LT, ORY, SLP LM1, tsp228/228 114, comp 918 springs, Yank ss3600. Final numbers were 373.93rwhp, 342.51 tq. this was on a dynojet.

Having a little trouble with first gear, but besides that the car drives great on the street. Nice cam and stall, pulls very hard from the line and all the way up across the power band. Does not let up at all.

Is your car a daily driver? The reason I ask is because I will be getting a 228/230 114 cam installed in a few weeks and wanted to go with a 3200 yank and I see that you have a 3600

Ya, it is a daily driver. I am not sure how the 3200 drives, but the ss3600 is great. Makes the car nice and smooth, but when you hit it... well lets say, it will really knock you back in your seat.

That great to hear. I have been debating for the last 2 days whether to go with the 3200 or 3500, still unsure but thanks for the input

yank 3600 hear and i honestly can say now that it tuned and i have driven it for alittle while i can't even tell its in there...that is until i go WOT

So should I just go with the 3500? More people have told me go with the 3500 over 3200 because it would suit my cam better. I just don't want to have any problems because it is a dd

Good Numbers. Probably Very similar numbers to mine with the converter unlocked. I'm running a 226/228 114 LSA cam with a 3400 stall. With the converter locked I put down close to 390hp and 362tq, so you'll probably be in that same range once your converter locks up.

Im Also Looking Into A Cam Around That Range,i Have A Fuddle 3400, Lid, Cutout, Pacesetters, Ory.... I See The 370-390 Hp Numbers, But Does Anyone Have Some 1/4 Mile Times?. Please Everyone With Info Chime In To Help Us Out. I Know There Are Plenty Of Threads On Cam Only, But Most Are M6 Cars, And Us A4 Guys Find It Harder To Choose A Cam Size That Works Best For Us. Also, Do We Have To Have 114 Lsa, Or Is A 112 Ok?

I am not sure on 1/4 times, but everyone tells me with a set of DR I should see the 11's.

haha, enjoy the car... right. I already broke the tranny on this setup. I get it back tomorrow after the rebuild.

set up look great man, had a buddy that put up great numbers and track numbers with that cam. Hopefully i will catch up with ya some time around town, test that cam out.
