Default New dyno numbers on my goat - D1SC and e85

We were at the local dyno last night, my fiance/tuner (shizon) wanted to do some tweaking on the tune. Strapped it down, and this is what happened on the first pull with no tweaks to the tune (he street tuned it, apparently spot on, about a week ago, right before a big track event). Needless to say, we were done after that. Have a vid of the pull that I'll post later tonight.

Mods are in my sig, and I'm running 9 pounds of boost with e85 fuel.

Damn, my dad has an 04 GTO......he needs to do that to it, haha.

Very nice dyno numbers! Do you have some track numbers to go with it from the "big track event"?

Yes that was me at US41 at the Mustang event a couple of weeks ago. The time in my sig was my best from that day with the current setup, but I was going easy on the launches since I have a new rear end setup going in soon and want to be able to sell my stock parts. My best short time on DRs was 1.94 and netted me an 11.77 @ 123.6.

All we need is someone to sponsor the car so it can get a built motor and then we can really do some research. It's hard to play with it when I'm tuning it because it already makes far more power than is "safe" on an LS1.

Just from what I've learned (I don't like to hoarde info like some guys), the car really likes .80 lambda and 24 degrees. I'd like to spend more time playing with timing to see how it affects power and torque, but I feel pretty good with the fuel.

BTW, anyone know the stock bottom end hp record?

I doubt in an LS1 goat though...fastest bolt-on '04 I've heard of is mid 12s. But yes, there's much more in the car...I hope to be knocking on the door of 10s with the new rear.

123 mph is great for a GTO with 645 rwhp? I think not.

You better hang on with both hands. Got a wild Goat to handle now. Good luck at the track.

Thats because its a centrifical supercharger, they always run slower than normal from their peak #'s because they don't have as much area under the curve. This isn't taking anything away from the thread starter, its a badass car.

If the car is being babied then lets see what it can really do.
