Best I could get was 548 rwhp 563 rwtq on 10#. I didn't gain anymore boost. But under the curve I gained quite a bit.
Blue line is the P1. Red line is the D1
Don't know why I am peaking so soon.

Seems like a nice upgrade. You gained all over nicely. But yeah, your peak is real early. With my cam, I peek at 6900 and its a little smaller than yours. I push #12lbs and see 527 rwhp on a mustang dyno.
Its hard for us A4's to make large power it seems.

Nice.
I have been looking at other sheets, and most of the time I don't peak as high. But under the curve I have quite a bit of power.
You have 300 rwtq @ 4000 rpms and I show 550 rwtq.

The old setup had a TR 224 on a 114. That one peaked around 6000

Truthfully I would boost it more.Try to get 14-16lbs and run pure methenol from a Alky control kit. Will still be reliable and will put you at or near 700rwhp with awesome midrange.

I'm guessing here. You probably have a 6-rib setup w/ a larger crank pulley. I would think also, if this is what you have, that you're slipping.
I just tried a 3.5" pulley with a MMS crank pulley and could not get it to grip. The belt was slipping and got shredded. I need to upgrade to a 8-rib setup. I have a 4" on now and seeing 12 lbs.

I am running the SDCE tensioner with a 8 rib belt.
