Default anyone dyno with and without AC

and see the difference it makes in power when ac is on and when off?

I highly doubt it, the stock PCM has settings that turns off the AC compressor while WOT or the RPM's are above a certain point.

above 3700 rpms A/C clutch is disabled...

I thought I read somewhere that the older models (98 and 99) didn't and that's why they burned up ac compressors more often?

I am pretty sure your correct. Some of the earlier years didnt have this feature. But, I am positive the 01s and 02s did, cause I've had both.

I want to say that the AC WOT disable feature has been on all the 4th gens... Not positive. Anyone know for certain?

on all cars that I`ve driven including my 98 camaro the car is noticebly slower while the a/c is on at wot.... and a car behind is what my friend noticed and he said the compressor do disengage but on the lower rpm is where he lost the 1 car behind in a race with the same car with/without the a/c.
