Very impressive. I just took a very similar cam out of my motor. I think it would have done really well with my new heads.

I may just hang on to it for awhile. LOL.

Is that a dealer tag?? Someone couldn't wait long before the mods came.

good numbers Joe.I think it would be hard to make 490 heads and cam.Shauns 370 with a bigger cam and all the same bolt ons made 475rwhp with 10.8 comp.Who knows though.I guess well see when you do some

Thanks for the comments guys!

490 would be a pain to get with heads, But its a goal. Im hoping sometime in the summer I can afford some heads and some more bolt-ons to go with them. Depending on how radical I go with the heads I guess is how close I get to 490. Seems like a good set of heads could add 40 or so RWHP, and then maybe some better headers, bolt-ons. It could be close. I will try

The cam is on 112 LSA.

With a decent set of heads @ 62cc, a .040 cometic gasket, fly cut pistons 1cc or 0.80; Using 234/242 .598 .610 112+4, I get 11.18 SCR and 8.55 DCR.

Sounds like a recipe for 460+rwhp and **** tons of low-midrange torque/power. X3 112 FTW!

Go for the LG AFR 205s with 59cc chambers. With a Meziere EWP, some QTP Headers, you'll see 480rwhp no problem and probably 490. Remember, Lou did a comparison with the AFRs versus LS6 - picked up exactly 40rwhp. LS6 are worth a good 10rwhp over LS1 heads, so you might pick up the 50 or so needed. The TFS 215s would also be a good choice. If the FAST 90 isn't ported, send that off to Mamo and hit 500rwhp with the heads.
