I have no doubt a cutout would have helped.....lol

I made 396/350

The A/F is right at 13.0 and I'm running 26 degrees timing at peak HP, but I'm wondering if maybe there is some more in there somewhere. Maybe the stall is really hurting my numbers.

I guess I'll just have to take her to the track and see what it'll do.

It looks a little low, I made 410 hp and 380tq with the same heads, Ms3, ls6 intake, no ud pulley, pacesetter headers and through a 3800 stall. By the way how did you modify the fipk? Of course all dynos are different! Mine was on Speed Inc. dyno. Throw on some nitrous, I made 570hp and 600 tq with a nice size shot of nitrous!

The fipk was made for an '05 GTO with an LS2, I had to remove the shroud (didn't do much anyway LOL), cut the tube down some, drill a hole for the IAT sensor, and buy a different filter to make it all fit.

I didn't have anything else laying around that would fit a 90MM TB, so I made do with what I had.

I've been comparing my sheet to a ton of others with similar mods and A4 tranny, it seems like the MS3 guys are making a good 10-15 and even up to 25 in some cases more peak HP than the Torquer 2 guys, I was really worried about going too big when I bought my setup, so I went with the T2 because it was a teeny weeny bit smaller.

the numbers do seem a lil low,

I noticed when looking at your dyno sheet that it was runfile 002. Are you telling me the 2nd run yielded the highest numbers? Did they do any tuning at all or what? How many pulls did you make?

Yes, the second run yielded the highest numbers.

All I was really looking for was to be in the right A/F range, I only added a degree or so of timing between the second and third runs, but they were only 10 minutes apart and the car was good and heat-soaked by then, so I lost a couple of HP.

I only made three pulls. I probably could have made another without too much hassle, but the A/F was where I wanted it and I wasn't really looking for the highest numbers I could squeeze out of it. I figure that now that I know the car is pretty much where it needs to be tune wise, I can richen/lean and add/subtract timing at the track to see what yields the best E.T. and trap speed.

Was it a mustang dyno? If so then your numbers would sound more about what i would think they would be

OK....an update after a few weeks and another Dyno session. I just dyno'ed again today on the same setup ( it was free today, so I said what the hell)

The only changes since the last dyno day were:

1* hotter today, but with 30% humidity instead of 44% - But correction factor should negate this right? and I found that my rear tires were low on air so I filled them to my normal street driving 35PSI (Last dyno was done with 20 PSI in the tires...whoops)

Now...Why.....would my numbers be 13 HP and 1 TQ higher with nothing different than that on the same correction factor?

New numbers:

409/351

Old numbers:

396/350

if you were really low on air, that would change things a bit. a dyno will check your mph gain vs rpm, and since you were low on air, your mph gain would be lower.

Take the track, if I run 24psi I will run 106 all night, if I run closer to street PSI (32 for me), I will run 109...
