I'd say about 300hp/300tq give +/- 10. You can hit low 13's with that on street tires...if you get rid of all the stereo equipment.

325 at the flywheel is what they're rated at, not at the rear wheels. I'd guestimate you'd be around 320rwhp ... but who knows, get to the track, get some numbers

I honestly doubt you'd hit 320rwhp through an A4. It would be possible with an M6. The LS1 is under rated from GM. However, I've never heard of a bone stock LS1 putting down anywhere near 325rwhp.

And your car is basically stock. The mods you've done aren't going to make much power especially on the dyno.

Don't worry about racind dynos. Get to the track!

well... I put down 308/318 on a 2000 (A4) car w/lid, MAF, filter, and HPP3 ... an 01 w/the LS6
intake could prolly hit 315 maybe even 320 ... car ran a 12.85@109 on street tires and stock converter.... then I f**cked it up and now it's sitting next to the house not running

But I'd say 320 on an 01/02 w/mods listed is entirely possible...

also... I'm assuming he has maf, lid, filter, hpp3 ... I can't tell since I can't see his signature (ever since the sig pic crap was introduced I disabled sigs... they just clutter everything and if I wanna see a pic of a guys car I'll click on a link in his signature....)

I think it's possible. I don't think it's likely. 320 to the wheels in an A4 is tough, LS6 intake or not.

this is odd in the internal engine forum there was a guy who posted 355 rwhp with the same mods i have (except he had a 02 ss if that makes any diff & a ported tb) his results were verfied and altho8ugh i do belive them to be a bit high the 340 range is what ive heard locally i should be at but i guess the point is moot ill rre post after a dyno session

looking arround theres plenty of people showing between 299 and 307 rwhp bone stock on the 02 and even in mags ive red ive seen a couple of dynos of stock ls1 putting out 290's and 300's thanks for the estmates but from what ive seen id bet i could put a bit more down than 320 with my minimal mods ill post after i get a dyno done

My brother has a 98 M6 TA and completely stock, not a single mod on it (still stock airfilter) with I think it was 30k miles, it ran 301 rwhp and like 315rwtq. He recently took it to the track with street tires, loudmouth exhaust, the backseat taken out, and a short throw shifter and he ran a 13.2. When dynoing this car though at the TransAm Nationals in Ohio his car the most rwhp out of any stock LS1 TransAm (including WS6s). Everyone at the show find it to be very odd and so did we. I have heard rumors of the motors in the early 98s that they may be the same as the corvettes. But with your you would get about 310 rwhp becauseit is a A4. You might be able to run like a 13.2 most likely.
