I am sure I can run some 6s on the 17s now. Had my seat not broken I would have had a slip. I only stalled the car to 2000 RPMS on the 7.0 run.

Actually I have a Yank PT4000 Converter. I had a PT4400 on my old setup. But I want to spray a 150 shot on the car once I get it dialed down to 6.80 on motor.

But this just goes to show DYNO NUMBERS mean nothing on the track

Please let us know how that PT4000 responds to a 150 shot. I've heard from various sources that it was a tad loose for that big of a shot.

congrats SEB! but I also think once the motor breaks in a little you will see some better ET's along with learning the stall and proper tire pressure! I can't wait to see you on spray though!

Did you do anything to the heads or are they out the box?

Heads & Fast Intake & Fast TB are out of the box. No port work. What confuse's me is the car put down really bad numbers for my combo. But did fair numbers on the track.

holy crap! You still have a lot on the table then. But don't worry the dyno numbers. You can use that to trick people.

I didn't realize you had out of the box heads also. Get that car to Vengeance as soon as you can. Let them get the heads done and port your intake. It wouldn't surprise me to see you pick up 50 horsepower and outrun my car at the track. Man, just call Ron and talk to him. Good luck.

On a automatic car, there is no truer statement.

This is true! My car ran 12.20 @ 110mph with 300RWHP N/A with an unlocked converter.

I think you need to get a lower gear... that 3.42 gear is a joke with that cam and all of that stall.... 4.30's or lower...just my opinion

They had TEA do what they called their TFK (Trick Flow Killers) port work on a set of LS6 heads. I can't arque the results but I'd have to defer to Ron as to exactly what they did. He'll gladly let on what the deal is and do the same to anyone's heads that asks him. I saw the flow numbers on the heads and they weren't world beating numbers but were strong nonetheless. 320+ on the intake and 270 or so on the exhaust. They just work really well with stock cubes and the Vindicator cam.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what that 96mph 1/8 mile would ROUGHLY come out to 1/4 mile? 120ish, maybe a little more???

96 in the 1/8th is probably 124's.

4.30 gears with a 4000 stall will make 1st and probably 2nd gear useless.

A4's even locked are Horsepower Gobbling ******

Car has mid to high 6's in it (6.75-6.9) Needs more gear At least 3.73's possibly 4.10's

What are your 60"fts like? If you can get it to 60" in the 1.4-1.5 with that new power you will have a high 10 sec NA car

Nice Work BTW!!!

It will be nice telling people you only make 415rwhp then crack a 10.85@120 on there ***
