Default New budget heads/cam combo numbers..

Got a fresh baseline on my WS6, even though the only credible difference between the vehicle now and the last time it was on the rollers is the swap from a Pacesetter ORY and Magnaflow catback to a TSP true dual setup, it was also on a different dyno altogether, so the numbers should be taken with a grain of salt as to any "comparison".

Anways, the verdict:

Appologies for the quality, but for those having a hard time seeing it, the peak numbers were 441.97 whp & 408.72 wtq

Mods listed in the sig, I left fairly happy with the numbers considering the potential room for improvement from a set of improved heads and slightly more aggressive cam, but I'm focused on some suspension work and rear-end next, here's to low 11's with a full interior

Looks good. Are those SAE corrected numbers? Also, seems like you're running rich until 5400 when you start to go lean. What did your tuner say about the AFR?

the numbers look really good. Only thing I could possibly see is getting the AFR smoothed out all the way across the board.

It's actually running out of injector over 6k so not a whole lot I can do there at this point, time for the 42# units to go on but I wanted to see where we were now first.

The AFR barely broke 13...I would get it close to 13:1 all the way from peak torque to peak power and maybe 12.5:1 up to peak torque. Strong numbers though.

Impressive numbers. Through the stock 10-bolt, driveshaft, and gears? Even so, still strong numbers. Has the car been fully tuned?

Great results from the PRC ls6 heads once again!

I gotta admit Jason u got a mean set of heads there for no money at all..
Thats an impressive setup.

Could u tell me how much the heads are milled, which gasket.
If u add a Ported Fast to this car it's gonna be over 455RW with a fairly mild cam.

Very impressive setup..
Even if u add 4.10's it wont lose more than 10RW...

nice numbers man, if i only knew i could get numbers like that from those heads id get a set too, i like the tq # but other similar set ups seem kinda low on tq compared to yours, what did your car dyno with the previous mods before the heads?

Well the heads and cam went in together when I installed the new motor so I never dyno'd without both of them on. It initially made 400whp with the stock LS1 intake and TB, then 425whp with the LS6 and ported stock TB and some more PCM tweaking, and finally the 442whp with the TSP duals but again, this is on a different dyno so you can't take the numbers for face value as a comparison.

As far as the cam goes it's an 'off the shelf' Futral F13, 230/232 .595/.585 IIRC. Car was tuned initialy myself then further blessed by the hand of Mr. Formato

Yea stock tail and gears, and yes it's been tuned by Jeremy Formato.
