Lol, white00ta, your car has 150k on it and it's a 6 speed so yours are pretty good but I would think his car should be 285ish with an auto. When did you last do a tune up?

if all you did was a lid, stock tuning is better for it... get rid of that tune.

If those numbers are from a Mustang (brand) dyno then you're good. If they're from a dynojet then they're low. How does the car run? If you can light the tires on dry pavement and bark into 2nd you're okay. If not, things can be improved.

Just for reference, my 01 M6 pulled 327/350 thrice on the dynojet. It only had a lid and catback at the time.

what does the car trap? that is a better judge of power than a dyno.

i loved having a 310 whp car that went 12.2 @ 110 haha.

It seems low for an '01 even for an auto. What kind of dyno?

If you wanted a tune it would have been better for you to take it to a sponsor and have them dynotune it for you.

I'm curious about the tune as well...if you have the time and money, try restoring your tune to stock, and redyno it. Stranger things have happened...

I had those exact numbers on my first dyno run, it was a dynojet and the car had 2.73 at the time, you need to get a real tune, and get better gears, your engine is ok, cause mine runs well now, 12.6's before the converter and still no headers
