To be honest with you this was my first time ever around a dyno so I really don't know much about them. So the mode your talkin about I have no clue what you mean. I do know that the it wasn't loaded when it put those numbers down. That's about all I know. I apologize for being a newb.

im pretty sure what happened is the dyno wasnt corrected cause my car with K&N, and a flowmaster muffler welded on did 331rwhp and then corrected it was 325 rwhp and that can easily happen..... my car also ran almost 86mph at an 8.50 on 245 street tires so some guys have factory freaks..... from what i have seen most of them put around 305rwhp to 315rwhp and run around 8.6 to 8.8s at 82-83mph stock on regular tires.....then you have the extra low numbers coming from most stock 98-99 LS1s and they sometimes put around 290-300rwhp...... it just depends on what car you get really some guys get hem and they react much better to basic modding.....my car now has just LTs and cat delete with a catback and it puts almost 350rwhp down and ran an 8.3 at almost 91mph on the same 245 stock tires that came on it in 2002! so its noit just numbers, sometimes the better number cars actually run better to cause most people think i have a gear and a custom tune and i dont.... i think i just got a factory freak which is what this guy might have cause from what i have seen they are about 3 out of 10 cars a like this and run a little better and normally have better number on a dyno..... but if you cant drive the car and make the car hook thise numbers wont do crap for you and a car with 50 less hp is taking you to school at the local drag strip!

my bonestock 02 WS6 did 327rwhp 343rwtq but it did have a lid and cutout and a A4 tranny! if you have the M6 then it's not too far fetched!

well a real car guy that knows anything about racing knows high rwhp numbers dont mean squat with mild street/ strip cars.... you can go really fast with little amounts of power if you know how to make it work..... but now dont get me wrong...... 400rwhp aint gonna get you in the 5s in the 1/8 or 9s in the 1/4 but if your only wanting to have a basic strong car just concentrate on getting the important proven bolt ons and maximizing your suspension and engines capabilities through tuning and test at the track and see what you can do with you machine

ill be goin to the track in two weeks so ill see what happens and hopefully ill do ok. hopefully i can keep in a good straight line and not spin to terribly much. i know what your saying tho. i agree you can have the baddest car in the world but if you cant drive it doesnt matter. i have no idea what my car will run i highly doubt it will run into the 12s but maybe ill get lucky. i dont think it will happen but we will see. anyways thanks for the interest.

I ran 12.3 consistantly with 300RWHP on a dynojet, I sure hope with 332RWHP on a Mustang dyno you'd be able to run 12's.

here are some basic tips...... take the spare tire and jack out, drop the tire pressure down to about 17psi and not too much more or it will actually make it worse on street tires....some guys put an ice pack or dry ice on the intake for about 30 minutes before a run but i never have yet cause i dont want the water getting on top of the motor and practice on the street on a few back roads on your 60 foot over and over a few times a week! you will be a good drag racer if you practice, anyone can do it! shoot me a PM with your results when you go one day! jake

you did 12.3 with a 3500 + car with 300rwh on a dyno jet? either the dyno was broken or that time was bs.

Numbers seem high but not unbelievable. Must be a freak or something. I dyno'd 310rwhp on the dot and my car had the 345hp package from SLP in addition to a K&N at the time. The stock SLP dual dual was also swapped for a LM as well at the time.
