On a side note, I would just like to say - good God I love these cars.
Honestly, what other sub 400ci engine could you squeeze out ~370RWHP with nothing but top of the line bolt-ons and a tune, and then (in the M6s case) hit the highway and get 30MPG all day long?

Well it could be a factory freak but that is a lot more power than most. Don't think ever seen another one at that hp with those mods. So what make is the dyno? looks like dynopacks read higher and can dyno operator screw up and then the car will read high?
Not arguing the nitrous numbers as don't even know what shot he has. And wondering if maybe the car was bought with maybe a cam in it or something.? I wouldn't be complaining if my car dynoed those numbers thats for sure just seems a bit optimistic. Can see the odd factory freak maybe varying 10 or possilby 20 hp higher.

Oh well its not a huge deal..oh maybe that is non corrected number?Would that be quite a bit higher? I have never got a car dynoed we have no dyno in my city closest is now a couple hundred miles from me.

My girlfriend's 01 SS made 353-362 with headers, lid, cutout, and a tune. Her car is an A4 too! It has backed the dyno #'s up at the track too, it has went 12.56 @ 113 with good air and on street tires!

I was going to do LT's and true duals, but my 4th gear sliders on my trans broke.

Now that money is going to rebuilding the trans with 3-4 billet slider keys.

On my dynojet the highest I've seen is 360rwhp with full bolt-ons. Most cars do 340-355rwhp.

thanks though.
Even if you made the same peak power as a cammed car it wouldn't run with it. My bolt on CTSV makes 402rwhp/387rwtq which is even or more than alot of cammed CTSVs, but they are make up to 20 more hp in the lower rpms than I am because the cam helps keep the air flowing at all times where mine just screams at the top.

i don't put much, if any stock in dyno numbers themselves. in terms of a bolt-on car, i'd rather compare et/mph at a given weight & da. it's funny to see everyone get a hardon for these 360+whp cars when they are trapping what my lid/muffler 99 ta did haha. i think dynos are good for tuning and addressing problems, as dips in the graph, etc can give excellent hints to problems. as far as judging a car on a dyno number - go ahead. a lot of people were sore over getting skull dragged by a sub 310whp bolt-on/stall a4 camaro i had, despite their 400+whp dynosheets. like i tell everyone around here that sees the stock ls1s going 14s - that's just how it is, they are ssllooowwww

That was the same dyno I put the numbers down on.

its hard to see that when i have a 98 t/a 85mm intake/tb/maf/lid, 243 heads lightly polished, futral f6-112 cam, 3.905 flat tops, 6.0 coils, long tubes, no cats, magnaflows, and a fuddle 3600 converter that only put down 348.8 on a dynojet

I would have to say that something is wrong with your car.

That is a very low number.

Ouch.....I put right around that down when the car had a catback only. Are you sure you have a good tune?

i got this from your sig - "354rwhp | 86mph in the 1/8"

if you had traction you'd have a 12.3 car, i know because my 87 mph trap camaro went 12.20s.

and fwiw haha my lid/muffler ONLY 99 ta went 87 in the 1/8, too. i guess it has 360whp?
